1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Primed platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Primed is operated by Platform Studio, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your use of our AI-enhanced scheduling and sales enablement platform, including all associated features, tools, and services.
2. Description of Service
Primed provides AI-enhanced scheduling, prospect enrichment, and meeting preparation tools for sales professionals and teams. The Service includes:
- Scheduling and booking management
- Calendar integrations with third-party services
- AI-generated meeting preparation briefings
- Prospect enrichment and company intelligence
- Team scheduling and routing features
- Embeddable booking widgets
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Send unsolicited communications or spam
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Collect or harvest data from the Service without authorization
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Platform Studio, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Google OAuth. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.
The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate meeting preparation briefings and prospect enrichment data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may contain inaccuracies. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for business decisions.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Platform Studio, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of account termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
